Rimmel Lycra Pro 400 Blue Vogue

Blue Vogue is a kind of darkest and vampy polishes, that looks black but actually isn't black at all.

So the recipe of this polish is quite simple - very dark blue base and a lot of blue shimmer dust. Under the bright sun or artificial light you can see the real blue color of this polish, but generally it looks black.

 I love Lycra Pro range because of fantastic wide brush and quite good price. In the beginnig (this series was released back in 2008) there was a lot of dusty and classic (red, pink, nude) colors. But in 2011 they add a new more bright and vibrant colors, which I'd like to discuss later :)
